Upon written request by an operator, the director may determine that further education requirements be waived when a plant or distribution system grade has been increased and the operator has been in direct responsible charge of the existing plant or distribution system. An operator successfully completing the examination will be restricted to that plant or distribution system until the education requirements are met.
