Rule 567-72.8 - Water supply treatment facilities

The following criteria shall apply to water supply treatment facilities.

(1)Location. Water supply treatment facilities shall not be located so as to individually or collectively conflict with 567-754. (455B) governing the establishment of encroachment limits.

(2)Flood protection. Flood protection for water supply treatment facilities shall be provided to at least the level necessary for high damage potential buildings or building complexes.
