Rule 567-69.20 - Disposal of septage from private sewage disposal systems

(1) The collection, storage, transportation and disposal of all septage shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements in 567-Chapter 68.

(2) Commercial septic tank cleaners. Individual administrative authorities shall enforce the licensing program for commercial septic tank cleaners in accordance with the requirements of 567-Chapter 68.
