Rule 567-68.6 - Licensee's obligations

(1)Supervision. The licensee shall provide supervision for the removal and disposal of septage from private sewage disposal systems.

(2)Standards. The licensee shall meet the standards established in this chapter for the cleaning of and disposal of septage from private sewage disposal systems.

(3)Records. The licensee shall maintain records of private sewage disposal systems cleaned and the location, method of septage disposal, and volume of septage disposed of for each trip. Such records shall be maintained for a period of five years and shall be made readily available upon request by the administrative authority.
