Rule 567-40.7 - Viability assessment procedures

A person required to complete a viability assessment pursuant to 567-438. (455B) must submit the appropriate information as outlined in 567-438. (455B) to the department. Self-assessment worksheets which can be used to prepare the viability assessment are available from the Water Supply Section, Department of Natural Resources, Henry A. Wallace Building, 502 East Ninth Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319-0034.
