Rule 567-35.10 - [Rescinded effective 6/19/2024] Reduced award

The department reserves the right to offer financial assistance in an amount less than the amount requested by the applicant. In the event that financial assistance offered is less than the amount requested by an applicant, the applicant may be asked to document the impact of the reduced award on the proposed eligible project. Reduced awards shall be offered when the department has determined that:

1. Program resources are insufficient to provide the level of financial assistance requested to all applicants to which the department intends to offer financial assistance.
2. The applicant could implement the eligible project at a reduced level of financial assistance and achieve the eligible project objectives and purpose of this program.
