Rule 567-24.141 - [Effective 6/19/2024] Permit modifications

(1) Permit modifications shall follow the permit issuance requirements of 567-24.135(455B) through 567-24.139(455B) and 24.113(2) and 24.113(3).

(2) For purposes of applying 24.141(1), a permit modification shall be treated as an acid rain permit application, to the extent consistent with 567-24.140(455B) through 567-24.145(455B).

(3) The following permit revisions are permit modifications:

a. Relaxation of an excess emission offset requirement after approval of the offset plan by the Administrator;

b. Incorporation of a final nitrogen oxides alternative emissions limitation following a demonstration period; and

c. Reserved.

d. At the option of the designated representative submitting the permit revision, the permit revisions listed in 24.142(2).
