Rule 567-24.128 - [Effective 6/19/2024] Acid rain applications-requirement to apply

The requirement to apply for an acid rain permit as set forth in 40 CFR § 72.30 is adopted by reference.

(1)Duty to reapply. The duty to reapply, as set forth in 40 CFR § 72.30(c), is adopted by reference.

(2)Submission of copies. The designated representative shall submit the application in the electronic format specified by the department, if electronic submittal is provided.
