Rule 567-22.146 - [Effective until 6/19/2024] Compliance certification-annual report

(1) Applicability and deadline. For each calendar year in which a unit is subject to the acid rain emissions limitations, the designated representative of the source at which the unit is located shall submit to the administrator and the department, within 60 days after the end of the calendar year, an annual compliance certification report for the unit in compliance with 40 CFR 7290..

(2) The submission of complete compliance certifications in accordance with subrule 22.146(1) and rule 567-252. (455B) shall be deemed to satisfy the requirement to submit compliance certifications under paragraph 22.108(15)"e" with regard to the acid rain portion of the source's Title V operating permit.
