Rule 567-22.116 - [Effective until 6/19/2024] Title V permit renewals

(1) An application for Title V permit renewal shall be subject to the same procedural requirements that apply to initial permit issuance, including those for public participation and review by the administrator and affected states.

(2) Except as provided in rule 567-22104. (455B), permit expiration terminates a source's right to operate unless a timely and complete application for renewal has been submitted in accordance with rule 567-22105. (455B).
