Rule 567-17.1 - [Rescinded effective 6/19/2024] Scope

Prior to the initiation of administrative penalties pursuant to 567-Chapter 10, the department may consider other compliance and enforcement activities. This chapter sets out the possible compliance and enforcement procedures that the department may consider and utilize.
