Rule 561-7.1 - Scope and applicability

This chapter applies to contested case proceedings conducted by the department of natural resources, as defined in rule 561-7.2 (17A,455A). Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to grant a right to a contested case proceeding when the Iowa Code does not specifically provide for a contested case, except that vendor appeal contested case proceedings may be conducted according to the provisions of 561-Chapter 8.
