Rule 545-9.8 - Decision appealed

A city or county may appeal a reimbursement decision by the director of the department of management to the city finance committee. The appeal must be submitted in writing within 60 days from the date of notification of a decision from the director Appeals shall be filed with the City Finance Committee, Department of Management, State Capitol, Des Moines, Iowa 50319.
