Rule 531-6.8 - Action on petition

(1) Within the time allowed by Iowa Code section I7A.9(5) after receipt of a petition for a declaratory order, the chief executive officer of the lottery or a designee shall take action on the petition as required by Iowa Code section I7A.9(5).

(2) The date of issuance of an order or of a refusal to issue an order is as defined in rule 531-5.2 (I7A).
