Contest or drawing winners may be determined from a computer-generated list of all the entries submitted during the eligibility period or by any other method approved by the lottery. The secure drawing system will generate a list of winning entry numbers based on the prize levels. Alternates will be drawn as determined by the lottery. Other methods of choosing a winning entry may be determined by the lottery and, if utilized, shall be set forth in the specific drawing rules or contest description.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 990.9(3) and 990.21.
