Rule 531-2.5 - Contract purchases

The lottery may enter into contract purchase agreements for items, groups of items, or services. Contract purchase agreements are subject to the competitive bidding requirements previously outlined where applicable.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code Supplement sections 99G.7, 99G.9, 99G.2I, and 99G.23.
