Rule 531-14.2 - Factors relevant to license issuance

The lottery may issue an MVM license to any applicant who meets the eligibility criteria established by Iowa Code Supplement chapter 99G and these rules. In exercising its licensing discretion the lottery shall consider the factors identified in rule 531-12.2 (99G,252J).

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 252J.2 and Iowa Code Supplement sections 99G.9(3), 99G.21(2), and 99G.24(5).
