Rule 531-12.5 - Transfer of licenses prohibited

Lottery licenses may not be transferred to any other person or entity and do not authorize the sale of lottery products at any location other than the licensed premises specified on the license.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code Supplement sections 99G.9(3), 990.21(2), 99G.24(3), 99G.25, and 99G.30.
