Rule 531-1.8 - Location of ticket sales by retailers

Tickets may be sold on premises specified on a lottery license. Tickets may be sold on premises where alcoholic beverages, beer, or wine are sold or served pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 123. Tickets may not be sold by a retailer through the mail or by any technological means except as the lottery may provide or authorize.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code Supplement section 99G.30.
