Rule 491-2.27 - Action on petition

(1) Within the time allowed by Iowa Code section 17A.9(5), after receipt of a petition for a declaratory order, the administrator or designee shall take action on the petition as required by Iowa Code section 17A.9(5).

(2) The date of issuance of an order or of a refusal to issue an order is defined as the date of mailing of a decision or order or date of delivery if service is by other means unless another date is specified in the order
