Rule 489-4.5 - Children eligible for assignment of a court appointed special advocate

CASA of Iowa serves any child for whom the court appoints a court appointed special advocate as long as the resources to do so are available.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 17A.3 and 237.18.
