Rule 489-2.4 - Confidentiality of records-penalty

The state and local boards, court appointed special advocates and coaches and child advocacy employees shall adhere to the confidentiality requirements established in Iowa Code section 237.21.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 17A.3 and 237.21.
