Rule 481-71.7 - General requirements

(1) The license shall be displayed in the facility in a conspicuous place which is viewed by the public.

(2) The license shall be valid only for the premises and person named on the license and is not transferable.

(3) The posted license shall accurately reflect the current status of the subacute care facility's license.

(4) A license shall expire one year after the date of issuance or as indicated on the license.

(5) There shall be no more beds added than are stipulated on the license.
