Rule 481-63.33 - Garbage and waste disposal(1) All garbage shall be gathered, stored, and disposed of in a manner that will not permit transmission of disease, create a nuisance, or provide a breeding or feeding place for vermin or insects. (Ill)(2) All containers for refuse shall be watertight and rodent-proof and have tight-fitting covers. (Ill)(3) All unlined containers inside of the facility shall be thoroughly cleaned each time the containers are emptied. (Ill)(4) All waste shall be properly disposed of in compliance with local ordinances and state codes. (Ill)Iowa Admin. Code r. 481-63.33
