Rule 481-2202.12 - Project progress reports

(1) The sponsor of an approved application will submit a progress report using the form available on the certificate of need web page six months after approval at hearing.

(2) Progress reports shall fully identify the project and indicate the current status of the project in descriptive terms. The reports should also reflect an amended project schedule if necessary.
