Rule 481-106.6 - Restrictions

The person conducting the card game tournament shall:

(1) Hold only one license under this chapter and 2007 Iowa Acts, Senate File 414, section 1.

(2) Have no ownership interest in another person who has been issued a card game tournament license.

(3) Have, directly or indirectly, an interest in the ownership or profits of another person who has been issued a card game tournament license to conduct games under this chapter and 2007 Iowa Acts, Senate File 414, section 1.
