Rule 481-106.10 - Inspections

A representative of the department or law enforcement shall be admitted immediately upon request to the licensee's premises, with or without notice. All records, bank records, deposits, receipts, quarterly reports, cash control documents, expense records, and other documents pertaining to card game tournaments shall be made available to the department or any law enforcement officer when requested. The licensee shall provide to any department representative or law enforcement officer any assistance requested in completing an inspection of records.
