Rule 481-103.19 - Bingo at a fair or community festival

Bingo may lawfully be conducted at a fair or a community festival if the requirements of Iowa Code section 99B.22 are met. A qualified organization that has received permission from the sponsor of the fair or community festival to conduct bingo shall be licensed under Iowa Code section 99B.12.
