Rule 481-100.10 - Rules-raffles

A copy of the rules for a raffle shall be available upon request.

(1) The rules shall include the following:

a. Methods of awarding a prize;

b. Prices to play, including discounts; and

c. Whether a sufficient number of entries must be sold in order for the raffle to occur, or if an alternate prize is offered when sales of entries are insufficient.

(2) A licensed qualified organization may also include in its rules items such as the policy for nonpayment of prizes.
