Rule 481-10.8 - Scheduling

Contested case hearings are scheduled according to the following criteria:

(1)Agency hearings. The division shall promptly schedule hearings. The availability of an administrative law judge and any special circumstances shall be considered.

(2)Board hearings. Boards are requested to consult with the division prior to scheduling hearings to determine the availability of an administrative law judge. The board shall determine the time and place of hearing.
