Rule 481-889.10 - List of psychologists

The board shall maintain a list of all current conditional prescribing psychologists and prescribing psychologists. The list shall be transmitted annually to the board of medicine.

(1)Information. The list shall include the name of the psychologist, license number, license expiration date, expiration date of the conditional prescription certificate or prescription certificate, and practice locations.

(2)Additions and deletions. When a psychologist is added or removed from the list, the board shall notify the board of medicine of the addition or deletion.
