Rule 481-780.17 - Student physician assistant

(1) Any person who is enrolled as a student in an approved program shall comply with the rules set forth in this chapter. A student is exempted from licensure requirements.

(2) Notwithstanding any other provisions of these rules, a student may perform medical services when they are rendered within the scope of an approved program.
