Rule 481-842.6 - Termination of preceptorship

A preceptorship may terminate upon the occurrence of one of the following events:

(1) Interns. The intern graduates from a board-approved college of chiropractic.

(2) Residents. Twelve months have passed since the resident graduated from a board-approved college of chiropractic.

(3) Formal disciplinary action is taken against the preceptor or the preceptor is a party to a final malpractice judgment or settlement agreement.
