Rule 481-941.5 - Inactive establishment license

(1) An establishment that has not renewed the establishment license within the required time frame will have an inactive license and shall not provide barbering and cosmetology arts and sciences services until the license is reactivated.

(2) To reactivate an establishment license, the reactivation application and fee shall be submitted to the board office.
