Rule 441-203.4 - [Effective until 7/17/2024] Matching process

Using the computerized Iowa adoption exchange system, department workers and licensed child-placing agencies shall search for approved families to meet the needs of the available children. The child's and family's workers shall be contacted for additional information needed to make an informed decision concerning possible adoptive placements.
