Rule 441-200.6 - Requests for home studies
(1)Court-ordered. Court-ordered home studies for adoption of a child or children under the authority of the department shall be completed by the department's contractor.
(2)Interstate compact. Requests for an adoptive home study through the interstate compact process shall be completed by the department's contractor.
