Rule 441-169.3 - Eligibility for funding

(1)Eligible entities. Eligible entities are those designated as a community empowerment area by the Iowa empowerment board.

(2)Applications. The community empowerment area shall submit an application for funding to the Iowa empowerment board. Actions on the application will be made by the board based on criteria set forth by the board.
