Rule 441-163.2 - Availability of grants for projects

In any year in which funds are available for adolescent pregnancy prevention statewide campaign, evaluation, coalition or community teen pregnancy prevention and services programs, the department shall administer grants to eligible applicants for projects that serve residents of Iowa. The amount of money granted shall be contingent upon the funds available and shall be made on an annual basis. The allocation of funds shall be in compliance with legislation and approved by the grant designation committee and the administrator of the division of adult, children, and family services.
