Rule 441-118.10 - Application for Iowa quality for kids (IQ4K) rating

Eligible applicants shall apply for an IQ4K rating by completing the appropriate application and submitting all required supporting documentation.

(1)Standards to be used. The quality rating will be based on the standards in rules 441-118.21(237A) through 441-118.25 (237A) for a child care center, preschool, or program operating under the authority of an accredited school district or nonpublic school; rules 441-118.27 (237A) through 441-118.31 (237A) for school-aged only programs; and rules 441-118.33 (237A) through 441-118.37 (237A) for child development homes.

(2)Application for IQ4K. All applications must be accessed, completed and submitted to the applicant's designated CCR&R representative through the IQ4K database located at iq4k.stateofiowadhs.org/login.
