Rule 441-114.18 - Children's money

(1)Treatment of funds. Money earned, received as a gift, or as an allowance by a child in care shall be deemed to be that child's personal property.

(2)Limitations. The facility shall have a written policy on limitations on the child's use of funds.

(3)Records. The facility shall maintain a separate accounting system for children's money.
