Rule 441-113.20 - Changes in foster family home

Foster parents shall notify the department and the recruitment and retention contractor within seven working days of:

1. Any change in the number of persons living in the home (except for the child(ren) placed in the home);

2. A move to a new home; or

3. Any circumstances in the home that could negatively affect the health, safety or welfare of the child(ren) in the family's care.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 237.3.
