Rule 441-99.69 - Denying requests

A request for review by a parent subject to the order may be denied for the following reasons:

(1) Rescinded IAB 8/2/95, effective 10/1/95.

(2) It has been less than two years since the support order was filed with the court, last modified, or last reviewed for the purpose of adjustment.

(3) The child support recovery unit or a child support agency of another state is not providing enforcement services for an ongoing support obligation under the order for which the review has been requested.

(4) The request is based entirely on issues such as custody, visitation, or parenting time rights, which are not directly related to child support.

(5) The request is for the sole purpose of modifying the amount of delinquent support that has accrued under a support order.

(6) The request is for the review of a temporary support order.
