The child support recovery unit, or its attorney, shall review the medical support provisions contained in any permanent child support order which is subject to review under rule 441-99.65 (252B,252H) and shall include in any adjustment order a provision for medical support as defined in Iowa Code chapter 252E, and as set forth in 441-Chapter 98, Division I, or other appropriate provisions pertaining to medical support for all children affected directly by the child support order under review.
