Rule 441-99.23 - Notice of alleged paternity and support debt

Following receipt of Form 470-3293 or government records, including but not limited to an application for public assistance, that substantially meet the requirements of Iowa Code section 622.1, the unit shall serve a notice of alleged paternity and support debt as provided in Iowa Code section 252F.3.
