Rule 441-98.93 - Verification of accounts

The unit may contact a financial institution to obtain verification of the account number, the names and social security numbers listed on the account, and the account balance for an obligor's account. This contact may be by telephone or written communication on Form 470-3170, Asset Verification Form, or by computer printout.
