The MCP shall develop and implement policies, procedures and a mandatory compliance plan to ensure compliance with the contract requirements for certification, program integrity and prohibited affiliations. The MCP shall cooperate and collaborate with the department on all program integrity activities. The MCP shall comply with state and federal laws pertaining to these requirements, including 42 CFR 438.608 and 42 CFR 455 as amended to July 19, 2022.
