Rule 441-73.13 - Appeal to department

If the enrollee is not satisfied with the final decision rendered by the MCP through the managed care plan's appeal process, the enrollee may appeal an action in accordance with the appeal process available to all persons receiving Medicaid-funded services as set forth in 441-Chapter 7.
