Rule 441-65.52 - Systematic alien verification for entitlements (SAVE) program

The department shall participate in the SAVE program established by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as specified in 7 CFR 272.11 as amended to May 2, 2022, in order to verify the validity of documents provided by aliens applying for SNAP benefits with the central data files maintained by USCIS.
