Rule 441-24.25 - Standards for services

(1) Standard for eligibility. An eligible recipient is an individual experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency where a mental health crisis screening is needed to determine the appropriate level of care.

(2) Confidentiality and legal status. Standards in subrule 24.4(6) are met.

(3) Service systems. Standards in subparagraphs 24.4(7)"b "(1) to (3) are met.

(4) Respect for individual rights. Standards in subrule 24.4(8) are met.
