Rule 441-7.47 - [Effective 7/3/2024] Other procedural considerations

(1)Consolidation-severance. The provisions regarding consolidation and severance in rule 481-10.10 (10A,17A) apply.

(2)Rights of appellants during hearings. All rights afforded appellants at rule 441-7.8 (17A) shall apply.
